Every year there’s a big festival for jazz music in Copenhagen, called Copenhagen Jazz Festival. The program this year consisted of more than a 1000(!) concerts, over 9 days.
Dansehallerne, Dans24syv and danseglad.dk organized 9 free dance classes in connection with the festival. Each day, there was a different swing-related dance taught outdoors, where people could drop in for a taster. No previous experience required.
It was a lot of fun to watch (and photograph). There was happy smiles all over the place, and even dancing in the fountain!
